安裝配件(jiàn)  

installation accessories

1、可伸縮流(liú)量計(jì)裝置；

1, retractable flowmeter device;                

2、球閥；

2、ball valve;

3、焊(hàn)接短管(guǎn)。

3、welding short tubes.

安裝(zhuāng)過程(chéng)

installation process

1、将(jiāng)焊接短(duǎn)管焊(hàn)在管道上；

1, welding welded short pipes on the pipeline;

2、将球(qiú)閥用螺栓(shuān)固定(dìng)在焊(hàn)接(jiē)短(duǎn)管上(shàng)；

2, the ball valve is bolted to the welded short pipe;

3、将可(kě)伸縮流量計裝(zhuāng)置用螺栓(shuān)固定(dìng)在球閥(fá)上；（注意(yì)：按箭頭(tóu)指示方(fāng)向(xiàng)固定）

3, the retractable flowmeter device is bolted to the ball valve; (note: fixed by arrow direction)

4、全(quán)部固定完(wán)畢後，緩(huǎn)慢打開球閥，将流量計緩慢(màn)旋進管道(dào)，旋到位後按所(suǒ)銑箭(jiàn)槽對(duì)準成(chéng)一字線（保(bǎo)證靶(bǎ)片正對流體方(fāng)向）,然後将6枚鎖(suǒ)緊螺絲緊固後再調整儀表零(líng)點即可。

4, after all the fixed, slowly open the ball valve, slowly rotating the flowmeter into the pipeline, after the rotation is in place, aligned with the milling arrow slot into a line(ensure that the target is in the direction of the fluid), then tighten the six locking screws and adjust the instrument zero point.
